Managing business projects and programmes, and delivering, improving and re-engineering business processes, Neil has articulated clear vision and influenced strategic decisions in order to deliver business change and transformation both within outsourced public sector business, and within the corporate environment.

Operating at Board level, he has been accountable for the delivery of very large public sector contracts and has participated in the strategic planning and delivery of a major programme of corporate change: challenging assumptions, breaking down functional silos and facilitating cross-divisional delivery teams.

Neil is a certified Practitioner of both PRINCE2 project management and MSP programme management.  With a strong engineering background from the aerospace industry, he ensures that challenges are analysed rapidly to innovate solutions that are practical and within budget.
